When my husband and I first met Jodi, I immediately felt very comfortable and at ease with her. Photography being a great passion of mine, I was very concerned about finding the "perfect" photographer, who would not only capture our wedding day but also understand my needs and help to ease my "fears" of not getting great pictures. Within the first five minutes of walking around her studio and getting to know one another, I knew I had found the one. She may have been getting paid to shoot our wedding, but she started to feel more like a friend. Jodi and her assistant were perfection. Looking over our pictures, she captured moments that we didn't even know existed, pictures that she took when we never even saw her. They just captured the essence of our wedding and did it without shoving a camera in our face. Jodi did more for me than I thought I would get out of a photographer. She became my therapist, easing my fears and simply reassuring me that everything would be okay. At the end of our night, I felt sadness in saying goodbye to Jodi. She had become such an important piece in our wedding and in turn, we were able to meet a really cool and funny chick who just happens to be a phenomenal photographer!!! Thanks for giving us such beautiful photographs. You really encompassed all that was important to us and you really listened to us.
